MINT covers Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire - including Bedford, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Ampthill, Flitwick, Biggleswade, Leighton Buzzard, Newport Pagnell, Woburn, Dunstable, and Baldock. Luton postcodes LU1–LU4 are not currently served.

Can I use my oven straight after the clean?

Yes - your oven is ready to use within 1 hour of the clean completing. The technician will confirm exactly when before leaving.

Yes. All MINT technicians are DBS-checked and background-verified before entering customers' homes. MINT is also fully insured with public liability and employer's liability cover.

What is the Kitchen Reset add-on?

Do you provide an oven health report?

Yes - every MINT clean includes a free oven health report. The report details the condition of door seals, heating elements, fans, and glass panels, highlighting any maintenance items to address before they become bigger problems.

How long does an oven clean take?

A single oven clean typically takes 1.5–2 hours. A double oven or range cooker takes 2.5–3.5 hours. The technician will give you a more precise estimate based on the condition when they arrive.

Do I need to prepare anything before the technician arrives?

No special preparation is needed. The MINT technician arrives fully equipped with a van-mounted dip tank, protective floor covers, and all tools. Just make sure the oven is cool and there is access to a power socket near the kitchen.

What payment methods do you accept?

MINT accepts credit and debit card and bank transfer. Payment is taken on the day of the clean once you are satisfied with the results.

Do you offer a discount for multiple ovens?

Yes. A 10% discount is applied automatically when you book two or more ovens online. No need to contact us - the discount shows in the booking form as soon as you select a second oven.
